Exodus Telecom Inc. was built on over 30 years of hands-on experience — living through every major phone technology transition, from copper wire and coax to cloud-based VoIP, and learning what businesses actually need from their communications provider.
We started Exodus Telecom Inc. because we believed Ontario businesses deserved a local alternative — a real person who knows your name, understands your business, and is there when you need them. We help Canadian businesses transition to modern, cloud-based or on-premise phone systems that are flexible, affordable, and feature-rich.

Douglas McCauley
Founder & President
I started pulling cable in the early 1990s and haven't stopped since. Over 30 years I've worked through every major technology transition in the industry — from coax networks and hardwired alarm systems to IP cameras, VoIP, and cloud PBX.
I founded Exodus Telecom Inc. because I believe Ontario businesses deserve a local telecommunications provider who actually picks up the phone — someone who knows your name, understands your setup, and is there when something goes wrong at 8am on a Monday.
When I'm not building phone systems, you'll find me working with our alarm monitoring company Community Protection, or out on an installation job somewhere in the Golden Horseshoe.
